Coach Pea here! I had been wanting to offer online coaching for a long time, but previously my touring and performance schedule was much too busy. However, a gift of the pandemic-pause was the time to dedicate to wellness-training and health coaching, and developing this course. I'm thrilled to offer this 90-day paradigm-shift program that shares my wellness philosophy and coaching foundation from my experience and training:
2022 SUMMER SESSION: In addition to the full course, there will be add-on options in the 2nd and 3rd months! Perfect to enhance or re- commit to your Health Hussy experience. These will be offered at a 1/3-1/4 of the cost to non-Hussies:

- Weekly stripper or sex-worker tip or exercise on various topics.
- Weekly succulent living shares and self-seduction goals.
- Daily motivational thoughts and resources from my own personal arsenal.
- Access to my nutraceutical account and my suggestions for foundation nutrition (as well as some basic medical foods and supplements for specific health concerns).
- Access to discounted 1-on-1 sessions (online or in-person).

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
For those who desire a paradigm shift. This is about changing your internal narrative when it comes to the relationship you have with your body and wellness. Whatever your challenges might be, whatever inactivity or injury you're coming back from, if you're a gym rat or a couch potato - this information is my Coach Pea foundation and philosophy, and it's where I start all of my TLC clients. When it comes to workouts, I will always demo and offer different expressions, and as we get rolling, you'll have more workouts to choose from.
WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?
How much time would you give to a college course or any other intensive? - The more you can dedicate, the more you'll benefit or get from it. Try an hour a day each day, 5 days a week. Even 3 days a week will be impactful if it's more focus than you've been giving. That 60 minutes will include moving your body AND fueling your mind and spirit. You will have a schedule that will have something on it just about every day. It might say, "CARDIO BOOTY - 8am Tuesday" but that's just a placeholder. Everyone has different flows - ex: some like to move their body right away in the morning, some in the afternoon, some in the evening. Our schedules and time zones are all different, so it's up to you to strategize the time. The only live time that we'll end up coordinating are any 1-on-1 sessions and any group gatherings.
WHAT GEAR WILL I NEED?
You are not required to purchase anything. I'll suggest my basic tools for kitchen witchery. For the workouts, all you need is you. I'll always make sure there are workouts that don't require any specific equipment. Though if you're looking to get a few things for your arsenal, a yoga mat, pair of dumbbells , long resistance bands and a booty band are my jam and will make appearances in the videos.
