"The Healthy Hussy course has been an integral part of my healing process.
I started working with Coach Pea due to some heavy body pain issues, barely being able to walk properly from muscle damage in my back. I was frustrated and the doctor's didn't help me at all when it came to repairing my system. Only offering pills and saying I would probably never walk properly again. As a burlesque dancer I was having more and more trouble dancing without a week of pain repair. I had to take my healing into my own hands but didn't know how and so I searched for people I knew that were healthy beings and my mind went straight to Sweetpea! Once we connected to process began straight away with one on one training sessions with her. I was in no position to work out yet so Sweetpea brought me back to the beginning of my healing process, which began with Nutrition training. She taught me how feed myself, because I didn't use to cook, and maintain a well balanced lifestyle with her nutritional training and her kitchen hacks. Learning how to maintain a healthy mind and soul through her weekly talks, and the personal support that she offers is kind and heartfelt. Coach Pea makes it so easy to want to follow her course every single day. I look forward to reading or listening to her training every morning with coffee and inspiration! When I started the course I was suffering with chronic pain at a body pain level of 8-9 every day. Now at the end of her course my levels have dropped to a 3-4 pain level every day, I don't have to limp when I walk anymore due to back pain, and I've lost 8lbs [a personal goal] just from changing my eating habits and my stress levels, no working out yet. I still am not healed enough to do the workout training but I thoroughly enjoy watching them as Sweetpea has great energy and is super positive. It gives me motivation that I will work out again one day really soon!
