WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?
Whatever you commit to! Optimally, 20-30 minutes, 5 days a week. You choose your 2 days of recovery (or more as needed).
WHAT GEAR WILL I NEED?
You. I'll always make sure there are workouts that don't require any specific equipment. But if you're looking to get a few things for your arsenal and really level up: a yoga mat, pair of dumbbells , and a set of long resistance bands and booty bands are my jam.
