Coach Pea  is a health and wellness coach  with 25 years of experience as a personal trainer and over a decade in Functional Medicine, nutrition, and in Therapeutic Lifestyle Coaching. With an "honest body" herself, she is passionate about healthy aging, addressing autoimmune disorders, chronic pain and inflammation, metabolic syndrome, and other imbalances. She ardently shares the wellness knowledge and experience that she credits for allowing her to extensively tour, dance her ass off, and thrive in sex(y) work industries alongside others half her age.
​Coach Pea believes:
  • In the power to change our health by changing habits
  • That our genes have the capability to express differently when given different input
  • In empowering ourselves with evolving information, tools, and new narratives towards wellness
  • New narratives can embrace a perspective of opportunity and anti-shame
  • In Body-Positivity.  And that body-positivity means all bodies deserve love and have value, while also respecting and celebrating how individuals feel best existing in their bodies! It's about being pro-fat as much as pro-lean. Wellness focused, not weight obsessed. It's about feeling empowered to do what we can to reduce or eliminate pain, to change or control a diagnosis, or to improve our mental health. It's about being able to make positive choices for the body to feel full of VITALITY.  Body positivity is about caring for the one vehicle we have for longevity and quality of life.
