It takes an average of 66 days for a habit to become part of your daily routine. In the span of 6 months, we have the opportunity to introduce new habits one step at a time. The goal is to ingrain these healthy habits into your day-to-day to see the immediate benefits *AND* so they become second-nature and create a "compound effect" for your long-term wellness and vitality
6 months: $2000 (USD) for 12 bi-monthly sessions

Sometimes you just need something to move you from your current plateau - this is the program for you! If you already have some healthy habits worked into your daily routine but are looking for an extra boost, this 3-month program can give you the tools you need to improve upon the badass habits you already have and help you add a few new ones to your routine.
3 months: $1000 (USD) for 6 bi-monthly sessions
