Coach Pea here! I have been wanting to offer online coaching for a long time, but previously my touring and performance schedule was much too busy. However, a gift of pandemic-pause has been the time to dedicate to wellness training, and I'm thrilled to offer 90-day program that combines twentyfive years of experience in:
COURSE COST: $240USD
YES, I know - that is a lot of coaching for that price. But this ongoing beta-testing is a win-win. There are a few spots available at a reduced rate if you have the time but not the budget (because pandemic).
WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
My goal for this plan is to be for nearly everyone. Whatever your challenges might be, whatever inactivity or injury you're coming back from, if you're a gym rat or a couch potato - this information is my Coach Pea foundation and philosophy, and it's where I start all of my TLC clients. The information you'll share with me will allow for targeted topics that are most important to you (plus others you may not think so but will rock your world). When it comes to workouts, I will always demo modifications, and as we get rolling, you'll have more workouts to choose from. I commit to uploading at least 1 weekly workout video with me, by me (with most likely a special appearance from Ace), as well as have other workouts ready for you on the app if you want variety.
WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?
How much time will you need to plan? Give me an hour a day each day, 7 days a week. That 60 minutes will include moving your body and fueling your mind and spirit. You will have a schedule that I will upload to just about every day. It might say, "CARDIO BOOTY - 8am Tuesday" but I don't mind when you check in and participate, as long as you do. Everyone has different flows - ex: some like to move their body right away in the morning, some in the afternoon, some in the evening. Our schedules and time zones are all different, so it's up to you to strategize the time. The only live time that we'll end up coordinating are the 1-on-1 sessions and group gatherings- and I have an app for that too! It figures out time zone differences for us, and allows you to check my availability that aligns with your calendar.
WHAT GEAR WILL I NEED?
I'll suggest my basic tools for kitchen witchery. For the workouts - is you. I'll always make sure there are workouts that don't require any specific equipment. But if you're looking to get a few things for your arsenal, a yoga mat, pair of dumbbells or resistance bands, and a booty band are great.

MARCH 14 kicks off my second round of online group online, and using the HEALTH HUSSY app. I've always excelled in 1-on-1 on in-person classes, but doing only that limits my availability (because there are only so many hours in a day, and balance is the Hussy way ) as well as accessibility to all of you. I'm committing to you providing all that I've outlined, as well as being open to suggestions and feedback throughout the course. When the course is complete, I'll also share a questionnaire to refine and inform the ongoing offerings for graduates.
